happy valentines

Last night I watched a movie. It was about a wealthy man having an only child. Infront of everybody you can say that the child is well-loved by his father. One day, after a ball game, the boy was kidnapped. He was so afraid when he was dumped into the front seat of the car by his abductor while taking pictures on him. Unintentionally, his shirt at the back was being pulled upward and it was a shock when the kidnapper saw many bruises at the back of the boy. Still, he took pictures on it. He took the boy and brought him to the farm. The kidnapper called the father and demanded for a ransom.

To make the story short, the boy didn’t want to go home anymore. He wanted to stay with his abductor until they found out that the boy was beaten by his father everytime he made even light a light mistake. The boy instead requested to bring him to his mother ( parents were divorced). The pictures were seen by the authorities so they arrested the rich man. The boy and his mother were together at last.

It’s so sad to know that there are parents who are like the boy’s father. Why can’t they love their children as much as they love themselves. Remember that a child is a gift from God. You have to nurture them, love them and instill in their minds how to love, respect and care. Let them know and let them feel they are worth loving for. Eveybody deserves to be loved.
